The Standard Quote is designed for watches valued at $500 or less, which are less than 20 years old and do not have complications such as a chronograph (stop-watch function).
Your watch will receive a thorough inspection for problems, and a detailed diagnostic will be performed. You will be advised of the exact cost to repair the watch, in writing. If you decide to have service performed and pay the repair invoice, this fee will REDUCE the repair cost. If you decline the repair quote, this fee will pay for your diagnosis and return shipping. Repair quotes are non-refundable but may be credited toward approved repair invoices.
