Expedited Service, Tier 3
Tier-three expedited service is a an expedited repair of your watch, and is much faster than the time-frame quoted in your repair invoice.
Within two (2) weeks of your payment of the repair invoice, your watch will be repaired and shipped back to you, or we will refund your expedited fees. This service will also upgrade your standard shipping (USPS Priority or USPS Registered) to USPS Express Mail, insured for the amount you have indicated on your repair/shipping authorization form. You may also request USPS Registered Mail; however, there is no reduction in this fee if you desire registered mail. Please note that while registered mail is the most secure way to mail a package, it can take 5 to 15 business days to reach its destination.
RESTRICTIONS and EXCLUSIONS:
If you select expedited service, any discounts we currently offer can NOT be applied to your repair cost.
Only certain watches sent in with a $50 or $75 estimate are eligible for this expedited service level. If this service is available for your watch, then your repair invoice will have included this option.
Not all watches may qualify for expedited service, and we reserve the right to refund this payment to you if the repair can not be expedited due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a delay in acquiring parts for your repair.
Only a certain number of watches each month are allowed to purchase expedited service. If you attempt to add this item to your order, and you receive a message stating that the "item" is currently out-of-stock or unavailable, it means that the allotment of expedited service slots for the month has been filled. Our apologies.
SHIPPING NOTICE: Your watch will ONLY be returned to you at the address YOU specified on the Shipping/Repair Authorization form you completed, regardless of what you specify when completing checkout using this shopping cart.
